An app designed to help your family build healthier habits, with a little help from science.
Children’s health and happiness very much depends on family habits. The little things we do everyday. Parent and child behaviours we don’t even think about.
Many things affect your child's well-being:
Did you know that if your child hates fruit it’s not the end of the world? (It was news to us!)
There is so much more you can do besides sports and exercise to improve energy balance.
Your relationship is key. Parenting style matters. Little changes can transform childrens’ motivation.
Metabolism and mental health are linked. Children need down-time (sleep, rest) and tools to manage emotions.
We are often unaware of important things affecting family health. And there is so much conflicting advice. We got your back. With snackable lessons, quizzes and myth-busters to cover the fundamentals.
Out of all things you could potentially improve, what is best for your family, right now? The app’s assessment questionnaires will help you identify where to start.
Change is hard when you struggle for time and energy. Growing kids means there’s always too much to juggle. The app’s inspiration feed brings you tips and practical ideas to make every day easier.
Habits form with repetition. To keep motivation high it’s important to start small!
The app’s 7-day challenges help you level up, one step at a time.
Add your email to receive infrequent emails with parenting ideas you're gonna love!
